"must be installed on Windows" is inaccurate for .7z and .tar.xz

Earlier this autumn, Microsoft has rolled out Windows 11 updates which include support for all of these archive formats, through libarchive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_11_version_history
While Windows 11 is not yet the most used version of Windows, and older versions are going to remain in use (e.g. in enterprise) for years to come, we may need to revisit how we label the compatibility of these formats.
We should come up with an agreed solution before opening a MR.
