nautilus-properties-window: several rows could use the .property style class

Description

In the file properties window, the rows that display file metadata use an AdwActionRow with a GtkBox containing two GtkLabels. However, libadwaita 1.4 introduced the .property style class for action and expander rows; this would help to clean the code considerably by just showing the metadata as an AdwActionRow subtitle.
