Do not navigate into trash when trying to drag-and-drop files into trash on the sidebar

When the user drags some files and hovers above a pinned location on the left panel, Files navigates into the location. I guess this is probably to allow users to drag-and-drop the files into a subdirectory of the pinned location, but this is not necessary for Wastebasket, because the user can't drag-and-drop the files into a subdirectory inside of Wastebasket. Since this can be easily triggered if the user hovers a little too long unintentionally, disabling the navigation behaviour may be better.

This does not happen in Files 42.2, but happens in Files 43.2.
