Allow rubber band selection in all new views
Currently rubber band selection (dragging a rectangle to select) is only available in the item view, but not in the list view. When refactoring the views this should be kept in mind and rubber banding be made available for all views.
This gives more UI consistency and less confusion for users.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
