Drop the custom documents-entry-tag style class
These days GdTaggedEntryTag uses the entry-tag style class, by default, from Adwaita. There is no need to carry the custom documents-entry-tag CSS in the application. This is nice because it enables support for various other theme variants like dark, etc..
