Icons for hidden files should be transparent/desaturated

Use cases

Currently, hidden files in Nautilus look the same as normal files which makes it a bit difficult to quickly differentiate between them. Screenshot_from_2020-04-18_00-50-48

Desired behavior

Desaturate (like what Dolphin does in the screenshot below) or make transparent any files that start with a dot. Screenshot_20200417_233057

Benefits of the solution

Allow users to instantly see which files are hidden, and which files are not instead of having to look at the files' names.

Possible drawbacks

Not much, if any. I think this is an improvement anyone would support.
