can't create symbolic link using Ctrl+Shift+drag on Wayland

I'm running Nautilus 3.34.1 on Ubuntu 19.10.

Under Wayland, I can't use Ctrl+Shift+drag to create a symbolic link to a file. Instead, the file is moved to the destination location. (This is a bit dangerous since it's easy to think you that you've created a link, and not realize you've moved a file by mistake - this just happened to me).

This works fine under X.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
