Incomplete progressbar but transfer is complete

Affected version 3.28 on Ubuntu 18.04

Steps to reproduce

It didn't happen before. This is the first time and happened when I tried to transfer a few files to another folder from a mounted NTFS drive

Current behavior

Partial progress bar, but the transfer is complete

Expected behaviour

A completed progress bar should have been displayed

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
