Show error message if library is missing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Double-click an ELF binary that has dependencies which are missing on the system

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT

An error box is shown, like in Haiku.


Can we please have this in Nautilus: When one double-clicks an executable that is lacking a shared library, an error message should be shown like in Haiku:
