This fix proved to be more problematic than the original bug, so we'll
revert to the original behavior for now.

Before restoring a file from trash, ensure its target directory exists on
disk, otherwise the restore operation will fail trying to move a file to
a nonexistent location.

The key has been removed in gnome-desktop, and attempting to use it will
trigger an assertion.

This ensures DnD from special locations (e.g. Recent or Trash) always
works even for targets that do not use gvfs.
