* src/nautilus-index-title.c: Add sanity check, plus try to handle
case where nautilus_file_get() returns NULL.
* src/ntl-window.c, src/ntl-window-msgs.c: Notify the index panel
of a URI change when we notify everyone else, instead of doing it when
the user requests a change.
