- Make nautilus_window_constructed a real GObject implementation and
  move bookmark initialization code there.
- Don't replicate a singleton logic in nautilus-window-bookmarks now
  that NautilusBookmarkList is a real singleton
- Remove get_bookmark_list() method from NautilusWindowInfo, as it's
  not any useful anymore.
