[3.34] Backport intermediate shadowfb support to branch 3.34

Backports the changes from !877 (merged) to mutter 3.34

Note: the function name clutter_stage_view_blit_offscreen() → clutter_stage_view_after_paint() is not part of the backport (i.e. I left the name clutter_stage_view_blit_offscreen() unchanged for 3..34).
