[Backport to 3.38] gschema/wayland: Do not disable the X Security extension

Olivier Fourdan requested to merge ofourdan/mutter:backport-3-38-mr1405 into gnome-3-38

If Xwayland was built with the X Security extension enabled, it should be safe to use, there is no need to disable it by default from mutter.
