Best watch my video first – all I did is pressing the keys for moving windows across screens (two key presses for each direction every time, as you see). My upper screen is HD, whereas my XPS 15 has a UHD screen.
I quite often encounter this behavior, though it does not always look the same. Sometimes nothing happens after first pressing the keys, and I need to press them a second time for getting the action done. Sometimes the first step moves the window, but doesn’t adapt the DPI setting – this then is done after the second key press. Mixed DPI is still rough, would be really cool if this could be checked more in the future, as these settings will be more and more popular with all the UHD laptops coming… :)
