cogl/pango: Merge inside Clutter

Bilal Elmoussaoui requested to merge bilelmoussaoui/clutter-merge-cogl-pango into main

As CoglPango is no longer a separate library, but aimed to be used with Clutter, as part of libmutter. Merge it inside Clutter and make all of it API private along with various cleanups. End users would consume the text rendering integration either through ClutterText or ClutterTextNode.
