Draft: Drop GLX winsys

Georges Basile Stavracas Neto requested to merge feaneron/mutter:gbsneto/drop-cogl-glx into main

GLX is deprecated, unmaintained, and essentially replaceable by EGL at this point. Let's drop the GLX code from Cogl, and any usage of it from the codebase.
