remote-desktop/eis: Fix ConnectToEIS device-types

Olivier Fourdan requested to merge ofourdan/mutter:fix-remote-desktop-device-types into main

The change to the device types in xdg-desktop-portal-gnome needs to be reflected in mutter as well, otehrwise the device types are not properly passed along.

As a result, input emulation fails.
