Add more profiling instrumentation

The non-Tracy-specific parts of !3391.

1. Add a bunch of trace spans that I found useful for profiling so far.
2. Print output name to ClutterFrameClock span descriptions to be able to tell them apart when multiple monitors are connected.
3. Emit a trace message on page flips.
