wayland: Do not trigger focus sync when destroying data offers

Carlos Garnacho requested to merge carlosg/mutter:wip/carlosg/no-sync-destroying-offers into main

These objects are tied to the keyboard focus lifetime, but do not drive it in any way. There is likewise no need to synchronize Wayland focus when those are destroyed, that will be triggered through crossing events, surface destroy notifications, etc...
