context: Hide the stage before closing the display

Marco Trevisan requested to merge 3v1n0/mutter:x11-display-close-handler into main

Fixes a crash we saw happening randomly in the X11 test (see the attached issue for details), ensuring we close all the X11 stuff before the main display.
