Various Cogl cleanups (part 1)

Georges Basile Stavracas Neto requested to merge feaneron/mutter:gbsneto/cogl-cleanups-pt1 into main

There's more to come, but this branch is growing too much already, so I decided to flush these commits first.

The major goal of this branch was to drop cogl-auto-texture.{c,h}. There are a few other small cleanups mixed in.

Since there are API changes, this is %GNOME 43 material
