Cancel click and gestures when disabling actions

Georges Basile Stavracas Neto requested to merge gbsneto/cancel-input-actions into master

I don't think I ever hit these issues upstream, but they're pretty latent on Endless OS. Since they are actual bugs, not related to any particular downstream modification, I guess it's a good idea to fix it upstream as well.
