Refresh rate locked to 60hz on multi-monitor setups when fractional scaling is used (Wayland)
I have two monitors connected to my desktop running an up to date Fedora 31 (Gnome 3.34.2 in Wayland) with a Radeon RX 570 as the GPU. The primary is a 27" 2560x1440 at 144hz and the secondary is a 27" 4K at 60hz. I like to configure the 4K monitor to have a 150% scale so that it appears the same size as my main 144hz monitor. When any fractional scaling option is used, the 144hz display only seems to update at 60hz although gnome-settings still shows it configured for 144hz. This affects all applications and the mouse cursor as well. When 100% or 200% scaling options are selected for the 4K monitor, the refresh rate on the 144hz monitor appears correct.
