DnD surfaces are always on the bottom-right on Wayland

When dragging stuff (e.g. text or icons) with a mouse cursor on Wayland, the image with the dragged content always gets positioned to the bottom-right of the cursor, not e.g. right below the cursor. This often creates "jumps" of the dragged content, feeling like a glitch.

On X11 this works correctly, as well as on Weston.
