Bug summary

Night light fails to update when desktop is locked and screen is turned off

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Night Light on a schedule (I used sunset to sunrise)
2. Wait until night light shows up (I waited until nighttime)
3. Lock screen and screen will turn off, keep computer active (do not suspend)
4. Wait a few hours until night light is scheduled to no longer apply (I waited until daytime)
5. Press key to wake up screen

Additional information

Since !3742 (merged) is merged, if I connect/disconnect a monitor, the colors will change on the other monitors, which works as a workaround.
