EGL_ANDROID_native_fence_sync is never checked when enabling wp_linux_drm_syncobj_manager_v1
This is going to causes nouveau to blow up the moment we merge modifiers in NVK. NVK will try to use explicit sync but, because the old GL driver will always fail at eglDupNativeFenceANDROID()
and so no time point will actually get added to the timeline and NVK will sit waiting in acquire forever. The solution, I believe, is for Mutter to simply check for EGL_ANDROID_native_fence_sync
