Very slow scrolling with mouse wheel since 46-rc
I recently updated my main system (running Fedora 40) and got the update from GNOME 46-beta to 46-rc (among other things). Since then, scrolling using my mouse wheel is usually very, very slow. Like, I can have the wheel spinning freely very fast - such that a long page would normally scroll all the way from top the bottom - and it'll scroll only a few lines. It's very frustrating, it makes mouse wheel scroll basically unusable and means I have to scroll with pgup/pgdn or the scroll bar.
At first I thought !3642 (merged) was related, but @carlosg says it isn't, so I'm filing this separate issue.
Not sure what I can provide to help diagnose this, but happy to provide whatever is needed. The mouse is a Logitech MX Master 3, connected via bluetooth to an XPS 13 9315.
There were other updates alongside GNOME, of course, but this seems like the most likely candidate, at least.
