Weird Shadow at the Corners when Trying to use Rounded Corners
Info
- OS: Ubuntu 22.04
- Gnome Version: 42.9
- Kitty Version: kitty 0.31.0 created by Kovid Goyal
$ dpkg --get-selections | grep mutter
gir1.2-mutter-10:amd64 install
libmutter-10-0:amd64 hold
mutter-common hold
The problem
I recently tried kitty
so I could support ligatures on my terminal as I've been using neovim for coding. I am using mutter-rounded to have a nice looking rounded windows and it also comes with a blur feature which looks awesome for me. It works good on the built-in apps like Files
and also on the built-in Terminal
. However, it kinda looks a bit odd on kitty
.
This looks normal
But the problem is at the corners
If you take a closer look at the bottom corners of the window you can see my problem.
Note
I am not an experienced linux user, I recently got into it because I want to try bun. So if there is still missing information, please guide me on how I can provided it.
