Delay the null cursor on prox-out for tablets in relative move
Feature summary
The tablet tool's cursor is set to NULL on proximity out. When a tablet is in relative mode that behaviour is a bit confusing because moving the pointer across the screen requires multiple motions, each with the tool going out of proximity (similar to moving across the screen on a touchpad with multiple finger motions). It would be nicer UX if hiding the cursor were delayed for a second or two on prox out.
How would you like it to work
Probable requirements:
- the tool needs to remember which tablet it was last used on (relative mode is set on the tablet, not the tool)
- set a timer on proximity out to delay the cursor -> NULL update
- ???
- profit!
