Missing Wacom cursor on non-GTK Wayland Clients

Bug summary
It seems that Qt, Chromium and Electron native Wayland clients do not draw cursor when using a wacom tablet, have been working around it with xwayland.
Steps to reproduce
- Install a Qt, Chromium or Electron app
- Runs said app as a Wayland client
- Use Wacom tablet
- Hover cursor over apps
- See that cursor is missing
