Cursor is stuck in resize state on window switching
Affected version
Ubuntu 23.04, X11, Gnome 44.3
Bug summary
Mouse cursor is stuck in resize state after switching to non-GTK4 window. For me it seems to affect non-GTK4 windows only. Found only mentions in relation to zoom #2329, but in my case zoom is disabled and bug is present even with all extensions disabled too.
Steps to reproduce
1 - open a GTK3 window
2 - open another window(no matter if GTK4, 3, or QT). Place it so the first one is shown underneath it.
3 - move the cursor outside the bounds of the active window over the resize zone of the window underneath so it changes to resize state.
4 - move cursor back to the active window.
5 - alt+tab to the GTK3 window below. You now have cursor that is stuck in resize state, unless you move the cursor outside the window boundaries and back.
What did you expect to happen
Mouse cursor to behave normally.
