Disable automatic screen rotation on startup
I am trying to disable automatic script rotation in GDM (GDM starts gnome-shell, I don't use GNOME as DE but use GDM). Running gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.peripherals.touchscreen orientation-lock true
via a file /usr/share/gdm/greeter/autostart/tablet-rotation.desktop
disables automatic rotation when the tablet is rotated, but gnome-shell is rotated according to acceleremoter when gnome-shell is started.
I am not sure who makes this rotation - gnome-shell or mutter - but it would be nice to be able to disable it via gsettings.
