Tearing/Artifacts when maximizing/minimizing windows on X

Hello, I'm kinda new to linux, I've chosen GNOME as my DE and I already found my perfect setup, but I'm having headaches with the tearing. I've reinstalled GNOME on different distros for 20 times during that weekend, but I'm having that problem: (bottom left) (when I maximize the window here I can see the background a little bit during the proccess)

The funny part is I'm having that issue only on GNOME, I've installed kde (same distro) to test it out and everything works so smoothly I wanna cry.

Would like to mention I'm having that issue ONLY AFTER installing nvidia driver (via nvidia-inst on endeavour) The person who was helping me on the endeavour forum told me to force full composition pipeline first, I did that in my nvidia-settings, but still didn't help, he told me to try and come here for help.

Please save me from using KDE :( Also here are the PC specs, please tell me that commands I should additionally provide (I'm a newbie and bad at debugging):
