Moving chromium to lower left monitor makes it 'unresponsive'

Bug summary
Moving chromium to my lower left monitor (out of 4 in total) makes it unresponsive to clicks and keyboard input.
Steps to reproduce
- Launch chromium
- move it to lower left
- cannot click or type anything
- move it back to center, or top left, can click, type
- move it back to lower right and everything works normally
What happened
Chromium is unresponsive in lower left monitor. My setup is like this:

What did you expect to happen
Chromium should be usable normally in lower left monitor.
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
I tried the same with FF and it worked normally. Didn't have this problem with F36.
