Window borders on wayland non-gtk apps

I have problems with applications look under wayland, all non-gtk have wayland standard window borders instead of the one i set in gnome (Adwaita). Maybe gnome should force non-gtk apps to run trough xwayland? Its clearly gnome issue, because in sway or kde window borders of any toolkit apps look consistent.
