Night Light Color Transform Matrix Support (Required for ARM devices)
On a Acer Spin 513 Chromebook with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c running Debian Bookworm with Mutter 42.2, Night Light can be enabled in Gnome settings for both X11 and Wayland sessions, however enabling Night Light does not have any effect.
To implement Night Light, Chrome OS relies on the KMS CRTC Abstraction.

It would be great to support Night Light on ARM Laptops in Gnome by implementing Night Color via Color Matrix Transform instead of GAMMA_LUT.
