Resize area is much too large in CSD windows
On main the area in which a window can be resized is much too large, but only when moving the cursor from inside the window to the outside. When moving the cursor from outside the window towards the border the resize area is as expected. This only seems to affect Wayland and does not happen in 41.
This can easily be seen when using a non-maximized CSD window. First focus it and make sure the cursor is inside the window, then slowly move the cursor out of the window until stops being a resize cursor (~50px):
The resize area seems to match the paint volume of the window actor. Because of this and because it only happens when the cursor already was on the actor I'm guessing this is related to the picking optimization from !1915 (merged).
