I think maybe the key panel-main-menu offers a workaround? It seems deprecated and empty?

gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings panel-main-menu
@as []

gsettings describe  org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings panel-main-menu
DEPRECATED: This key is deprecated and ignored.
