Chrome and Firefox don't get direct scanout anymore.

Run:

env MUTTER_DEBUG=kms gnome-shell --wayland >& ~/out

and then

tail -f ~/out | grep Post

You will see that fullscreen Chrome and Firefox windows no longer trigger direct scanout.
