Remove rt-scheduler feature as it triggers AT_SECURE and has unintended side effects
The below is one example of unintended side effects of having extended capabilities for the gnome-shell process. Other side effects may include e.g. gvfs not connecting to remote servers.
On Fedora 35, when no users are logged in, the computer cannot be switched off using the menu and the Power Off button. The only way is to log in and power off the computer from the user session or from a console root session using the "poweroff" command.
I was trying to look for some messages in journalctl, but I cannot find anything that would look related to this problem.
Let me know, if I can collect them from anywhere, but I currently only have a Silverblue computer available (the problem however, is on both Workstation and Silverblue).
