Provide way to set full RGB range output in GNOME on Wayland
This is a copy of GNOME Bugzilla Bug #781856.

In Gnome on Xorg, I can type in terminal:
xrandr --output OUTPUT --mode MODE --rate RATE --set "Broadcast RGB" "Full"
to set full HDMI output range. However in Wayland this can't work. So there is no way to set my video output properly using GNOME/Wayland.
There should be option in Gnome Settings, I think in Monitors, for example, as an option below refresh rate.
