Desktop cropped when using native resolution on wayland

Bug summary
On Wayland when I put my monitor in native resolution (5120x1440) the desktop is cropped:
If I take a screenshot the full desktop is rendered on it.
If I put a lower resolution then it works fine, it also works fine on Xorg.

- Set native resolution
- Apply

Desktop is cropped
What did you expect to happen
Show the desktop in full
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
This line comes out in journalctl when I try to set the native resolution.
