It happens in XOrg, I haven't tried it in Wayland.
Bug summary
The monitor backlight should be turned off if I lock the screen.
Steps to reproduce
- Lock the screen by pressing Super+L.
What happened
The screen turned black, but the backlight was still on.
What did you expect to happen
The monitor backlight should be turned off. I'm not sure if it's a bug of Mutter.
