wayland external monitors cant display properly

3.38.1

ubuntu 2010 or fedora 33 workstation running on ryzen 4800h chip (renoir integrated gpu)

Just boot the computer

if wayland session is chosen, all external monitors have white section blocking a big part of the screens. x11 session has no issue.

What did you expect to happen

Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
