App grid animation highly sensitive to CPU clock
At low CPU clocks, the app grid animation becomes really choppy. It seems as if the animation frame rate is directly tied to the CPU clock. Setting the governor to powersave
makes the CPU underclock all the way down to 500MHz and makes animations choppy, while setting it to performance
keeps it at a minimum of 2300MHz which makes them relatively smooth and fluid.
Shouldn't it request/be putting a big enough load(?) to make the CPU clock go higher instead of sitting that low then having choppy animations?
