Some Flatpaks don't start with "autostart-xwayland" enabled

Bug summary
When enabling the experimental setting "autostart-xwayland", some Flatpak apps, e.g. Spotify, do not start anymore.
Steps to reproduce
- Install the Spotify Flatpak
- Enable "autostart-xwayland"
- Log out and in again to get a clean and empty Wayland session
- Try to start Spotify
What happened
Nothing happens.
What did you expect to happen
Spotify starts normally as it is the case without "autostart-xwayland" enabled.
