wrong git command call
When there is an filename (or directory name) with the same name as some git branch name then meld produces error message on the console. I have prepared small bash script which demonstrate the error:
#!/bin/bash
mkdir -p /tmp/demo/server
cd /tmp/demo/server
git init
echo "foo" >foo
git add *
git commit -m "foo"
git checkout -b foo
cd ..
mkdir workdir
cd workdir
git clone file:///tmp/demo/server .
meld .
After executing this script the following error message appears in terminal window:
fatal: ambiguous argument 'foo': both revision and filename
Use '--' to separate paths from revisions, like this:
'git <command> [<revision>...] -- [<file>...]'
I'm using meld 3.18.2 on Gentoo linux.
