Request: Switch focus between open panes, using keyboard

It would be very helpful to be able to switch which editor pane has the focus, using only the keyboard.

3.20.2

Whether or not those shortcuts can be modified is extra candy, but the ability to do so at all is what this request is for. I don't think this needs further explanation, but please let me know if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the continued meld development!
