properties_view: Don't use the "activatable-widget" property in the "Folder" row

Automeris naranja requested to merge automerisnaranja/loupe:folder-button-fix-a11y into main

Doing so, Orca will now read "Open Containing Folder push button" rather than "Folder push button" (using activatable-widget makes the button a11y label to inherit the row title).
